Commercial Firm of V. Biluk "EVIJA" LLC, founded January 21, 1993, is the biggest wholesale supplier of oil products on Latvian market with a gateway to European markets of the neighbouring European countries, as well as the chief bunkering company for vessels in the port of Liepaja. Commercial Firm of V. Biluk "EVIJA" LLC owns an oil terminal with total capacity 11 000 m3, an oil tank park was build in year 2001, by all standards of European Union. Park consisting of 7 tanks: 4x1000m3, 2x2000 m3, 1x3000 m3, a discharge – loading platform for 10 railway car tanks, two pumping stations, equipped with two types of pumps: screw pumps for light oil products and pumps for viscous oil products (base oils).
Starting from year 1998 the company Commercial Firm of V. Biljuk "EVIJA" LLC is among the in ten largest oil business companies in Latvia. The all products which are supplied by our company are distinguished for their high quality and favourable prices.
Pumping station № 1 is provided for discharge of oil products from railway car thank to the thank area. Pumping station № 2 is provided for transfer of oil products from the thank area to tankers at berth № 68.The station contains two screw pumps with total capacity 500 m3/h. Two pipelines have been laid from the Commercial Firm Of V. Biluk "EVIJA" LLC oil terminal to pier № 68. The diameter of one pipeline is 300mm that of the other pipeline is 150 mm.

- Stationary bunkering of vessels at berth № 93 of Liepaja port round the clock;
- Bunkering of vessels at any berth of Liepaja port from tank trucks or a barge round the clock;
- Bunkering in port Liepāja with bunker "Vitrupe" (capacity 300 m3)
- Delivery of oil products to any place of the Latvian Republic and the nearly European countries by own trucks;
- Supply of aviation fuel and jet fuel at Liepaja international airport;
- Company to offer transhipments light oil.
